Increasing developmental works requires increasing and efficient development of infrastructure. These developments require lot of work from people and such work should be done continuously to achieve maximum result. Improvement in development of infrastructure leads to better nation or country.

Basic infrastructures are health, water, education, communication and electricity. Developing these structures will lead to betterment of people lives. Many developed countries already are in pace of modernizing and improving these facilities but developing and third world countries still lack behind. Among them, today we will be discussing the need of development of electricity in these third world countries.

From the development of electrical energy by Thomas Elva Edison electricity has only developed much further. People living in urban modern developed world can’t even begin to imagine their lives without electricity. From, the process of using electrical appliances to heating water electricity has become major component of our lives. Imagining our lives in darkness and having only sunlight as our form of energy is almost an impossible thought for us but millions of peoples live their lives in such condition.

People living in under-developed or third world countries still lack having basic facility of electricity. Sunlight is their only source of energy and can’t do any work after darkness. Most of people living having access to these developmental activities have no idea that over 1.4 billion people have no electricity and 3 billion cook on an open fire. Having only firewood and coal as their energy sources makes them vulnerable to many things. So, what can be better, clean, cheap and efficient energy source for the people living in remote parts of the world?

Renewable energy like hydro, wind and solar are great energy source but it is not always efficient for all the people because of various reasons. Installing the machineries required for power generation from these source will require more capital and they might not be able provide enough electrical power for a whole village. In such cases, development of biogas has proved to be the new and effective energy sources for thousands of people.
